• We are not responsible for any visa rejection, as visa issuance is solely the discretion of the respective government authorities.
• Passport must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of return.
• The above quotation is valid for Indian Nationals only and for a minimum of 2 adults traveling together at all times.
• All services are subject to availability. No booking has been made yet. In case of non-availability, similar hotels or services will be provided.
• Requests for King Bed / Twin Bed or rooms located close to each other (in case of multiple rooms) are subject to hotel availability and are not guaranteed.
• We have limited inventory; therefore, prices may change without prior notice. To avail the current price, we recommend confirming the booking immediately.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability at the time of check-in and are not guaranteed. Guaranteed early check-in or late check-out may attract additional charges.
• Tourism tax imposed by the government is payable directly at the hotel:
Malaysia: 10–15 Ringgit per room per night
Dubai: 10–15 Dirham per room per night

• National Park fee for island visits in Thailand:

• Hotels may charge a refundable security deposit, payable at the time of check-in and refunded at check-out.
• Gratuities or tips imposed on cruises are not included, unless specified separately.
• RT-PCR test is not included in the package unless specifically mentioned. Complimentary RT-PCR (if any) is purely at the hotel or resort’s discretion.
• Courier charges and photo charges related to visa processing are not included in the package cost and shall be paid additionally by the client.

• The payment schedule depends on destination, booking date, inclusions, airline rules, and hotel payment policies.
• The detailed payment schedule will be shared as part of the package proposal.
• If payments are not made as per the schedule mentioned in the booking confirmation, withinearthholidays.com reserves the right to cancel the booking after attempting to contact the client. Refunds, if any, will be processed as per the applicable cancellation policy.
• A minimum 10% of the total booking amount is required as a deposit to confirm the booking.

• Once booking is received:
INR 5,000 per PAX + actual ticket cancellation charges + hotel cancellation charges as per hotel policy + visa fee (if visa has been applied).
• 60 – 45 days prior to departure:
25% of land cost + INR 5,000 per PAX + actual ticket cancellation charges + visa fee (if applicable).
• 45 – 30 days prior to departure:
50% of land cost + INR 5,000 per PAX + actual ticket cancellation charges + visa fee (if applicable).
• 30 – 10 days prior to departure:
75% of land cost + INR 5,000 per PAX + actual ticket cancellation charges + visa fee (if applicable).
• Within 10 days of departure:
100% cancellation charges may apply.
